The Netherlands

During the seventeen editions of the European Championship, the Dutch national men’s hockey team took the podium no fewer than sixteen times. They became European champion five times. After winning the EuroHockey Nations Championships in both 2015 and 2017, the Dutch men were unable to extend the European title in 2019. They lost to Spain in the semi-final and ended up third with the 4-0 win over Germany. In their own country, Max Caldas’ team will want to take revenge and do everything it can to regain the title.
