Germany

Germany has been present at every European Championship since 1984. The team was on the podium 12 of the 14 editions. In Antwerp (2019), the women’s hockey team took home a silver medal. In the same year, the team won bronze in the FIH Pro League. The German ‘Mannschaft’ won from Argentina after shoot-outs. With Belgian coach Xavier Reckinger Germany is a country that is always one of the contenders, also during the EuroHockey Championships 2021.
