In 2015 the Russian national men’s hockey team took part for the last time in the EuroHockey Nations Championships in London. Russia managed to qualify for the European Championships four times. The seventh place at the EuroHockey Championships 2011 in Mönchengladbach was the best result for the current number 22 in the FIH World Ranking.
